September Projects/Cards for Class

Finally, with the help of wonderful Laura, my dear friend, I have figured out how to post again.  Woo!! Hoo!!  Well, Laura figured it out.....Below are the projects and cards we are doing for the September Class.

Now, here's the photo of the adult class for Thursday, July 12 and then following up on  Monday, July 16.

Well, first we're going to spend some time in class making an altered clip board -- I've had a few requests to do this over the years, so we're finally spending the time to make this project.  If we have time, I've made three other cards -- the bathing suit one is same as we're doing in kids class, then there's a cute little card using a circle template (Got this idea from Rita, my upline).  The final little card uses all the same ink and papers to match and again that wonderful A Muse Studio stamp set "sunny side of life" .  Hope we can get all these done in the two hours we have to work.  Hope everyone has fun!!!  I will try to keep better posting, just a pain to get it done with this new google chrome thingie.  YIKES!!!

OK, here's photo of kids projects for the month of July.  Class will be held Thursday, July12 at 9:30 am -- for the summer I've been asked to hold class in the morning so the kids can go swimming.  hope they like the three cards we're doing.  The brown card is supposed to look like an oreo cookie -- The outside reads:  How sweet it is and inside reads to have you as a friend.  The bathing suit card has a bathing suit bikini on the back side with a little heart tatoo - you know how everyone "young" has those tatoos now a days.  Oh, well.  Hope they enjoy the class.

I'm really just checking this out on my other computer.  Sorry for any bother.  Seems there has been some new software for blogger.com and I want to make sure I can access it on this computer too.  It's a test, you know.  Hugs, Syl xxxooo

That little plaid shirt in the photo

Well, that little plaid shirt with tie in the photo is really one of  A Muse Studio's white paper bags with designer paper and a (had made tie) attached.  I had found a box similar to this on the internet (can't remember who had it), but the box was a bit difficult and time consuming to make, so I altered it to make this little paper bag.  It could be made into a woman's blouse by rounding corners and placing pearls around or under collar.  Oh, well, just wanted to give a bit of explanation as to what the plaid shirt was.  Hugs and Happy Stamping to you all.  Sorry, I've been so long in posting.

Ok, here's photo of the May classes held on Thursday last week and Monday this week.  We focused on Father's Day and Graduation cards and paper crafts.  the graduation card with the hat is a gift card holder on the inside.  The stash card with tie is also a gift card holder.  Class was oodles of fun.  The best women in the world attend the classes and are "classy", if you know what I mean.  God bless you all.  Well, we'll see if this works:

Photos of the two cards that will be done at Shawneesprings Nursing/Rehab Home

Hello, here's a photo of the two cards that the senior ladies at Shawneesprings Nursing/Rehab Home will be doing tomorrow morning.  Shawneesprings is a wonderful Nursing/Rehab home located in Harrison, Ohio.  Once a month I go there and hold a card making class for the lovely ladies.  We do have a good time.

Sorry it took longer than I thought to get to my camera and take photos of the projects and cards for the next class which will be Sunday, April 22, at 1:30 p.m.   Hope you like the projects.

The little monster is a corner book mark and the flowered orange book mark is made using a paint chip.  Hope you like the projects.
